Cà Phê Muối

Cà phê muối, or salt coffee, is a popular drink in Vietnam, especially from Hue region, that combines the bitterness of coffee with the savory flavor of salt. Here’s a recipe to make cà phê muối at home:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of ground coffee (Bari’s Felicity or Elysian is recommended)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 4 tablespoon of milk
  • 1-2 teaspoons of sweetened condensed milk or sweetener of choice

Instructions:

  1. Place the coffee grounds in a French press or a phin filter
  2. Pour boiling water over the coffee to brew and let it steep for 4-5 minutes
  3. While the coffee is steeping, whip/froth milk, salt, and sweetener of choice
  4. Prep a glass with glass, add coffee and top with the whipped mixture

Note: You can adjust the amount of salt and sweetener of choice according to your taste preference. Some people like to add a pinch of cocoa powder or cinnamon for additional flavor.

I have been browsing online more than three hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like yours.
It is pretty worth enough for me. In my opinion, if all web owners and bloggers made good content as you
did, the web will be a lot more useful than ever before.
